Brooke Murdock was extremely helpful for my fiance and I in buying our first home. She always made sure she was on top of the new listings, and found many before they were listed. She somehow managed to get us in to see a house before it went on the market because we were going out of town, and it was the home we ended up buying! At the very beginning of our search, she gave us some really helpful documents detailing the entire process (so helpful!), and held our hand throughout nearly every single step. She was a terrific liaison between inspectors and loan agents and us, and gave us advice from both a realtor and personal perspective, knowing the people we are. We were and are so happy with Brooke’s guidance and care. She is trustworthy and dependable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person helping us find our perfect home. And we were picky! Thank you so much, Brooke, for all your hard work!
