I highly recommend Paige Marvil as an outstanding real estate agent. She was my buyer agent for a house we purchased in San Marcos, CA. She is very professional and knowledgeable in real estate; as a result, she has saved us a lot of time and money on my real estate transaction. She also guided us in the process of renting the property. She advertized the house as a rental and carefully notified us of completed applications. She then presented these applications for us to make the final selection of tenants. Throughout our collaborations, Paige has been courteous, cheerful, and honest. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm have made a very stressful process feel fun and rewarding. Lastly, since our first meeting she has exhibited the utmost in communication skills and answered my questions thoroughly and quickly,
I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone seeking a real estate agent who will advocate for you, guide you with expertise, and uplift you with a genuine warmth.
