We recently listed and sold our home in San Elijo Hills. Nicolas of the Jonville Team was our agent. Nicolas also assisted us with finding 2 sets of quality renters in the last 6 years, prior to us selling the home in February 2014. We did all of this while living in Nevada. It’s a bit worrisome to have all these transactions when we aren’t even in the same state as the home we are renting/selling. Very well organized and responsive company. You let me know everything that was going to happen in advance, and there were no surprises. All the people I dealt with were friendly and also efficient and to the point. Phone and text and email queries were answered in a timely manner. Everyone met their commitments and time schedules, and we were able to close escrow early. Hence the title “smoooth transaction”.
