Professional job from start to finish

Working with Brooke Murdock to buy a home was a great experience. She was very patient, efficient and diligent finding us the home we wanted. She listened to any concerns we had and was excellent in communicating with us throughout the whole process. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

Thank you Brooke and the Jonville Team!

We knew we had a huge challenge finding the right realtor for selling our unique home. We found Brooke at Jonville Team by chance and it turned out to be the perfect match. She was patient, informative, and had a calming effect on what could have been a stressful event. Brooke led us through all the steps with assurance and honesty. The whole experience was professional yet we felt like “family”. Thank you Brooke and the Jonville Team, Bob and Jackie Hoover

Paige Marvil is the best!

We could not have asked for a better realtor to represent us as sellers. Paige was consistently professional, explaining the process along the way, and making us feel as if we were her only clients. She is persistent, thorough, and fully dedicated to her craft. It was not uncommon for Paige to text or email in the late night hours to advise and put us at ease. She is top notch, absolutely the very best. Her dedication and friendship meant the world to us in this process. We could not say enough about how wonderful she is! Thank you so much Paige!

We even sold it faster than expected

Had a great experience with Pascal Hayem on the sale of our property in La Jolla while being abroad. Pascale and the Jonville team gave us all the keys to go through some delicate conditions with great transparency, and advice. We even sold it faster than expected. Highly recommended!

Great Agent, Great Team, Knowledgable and Professional

This is the best real estate team we have ever worked with, and we have been through 9 home purchases and 8 home sales. Todd consistently went above and beyond what was expected from an agent. He knows the San Diego County market extremely well. He knew we were planning on moving again, but he never put any pressure on us as to when to sell. He let us call the shots and just checked in with us every few months to see if we were ready. He is the only agent we have used twice. He was our agent for both the purchase and sale of the SDC property. When it came time to negotiate price and other aspects of the deal, Todd knew exactly how to handle it to get us the best deal possible with the most favorable terms. Things can get stressful when buying or selling, and Todd helped keep us calm throughout the process. We have recommended him to neighbors and family members.

Made the whole process as simple as possible

The Jonville team is fantastic! Nico and Stephanie did everything they said they would plus a lot more. The team is super organized and proactive. They made the whole process as simple as possible. Plus, they broke records with my home sale price exceeding my expectations. I’ve sold 4 primary residences with 4 different agents, but will use and recommend Jonville from now on.

Robert Braniff is AMAZING! Stop thinking of using anyone else and do yourself a favor and call Robert to help you!

I had the great pleasure of working with Robert Braniff on our recent home sale. Not only did he make our whole process simple and easy, he also acted in a very fair and honest way with us. We were very touched by him going the extra mile not only once but many times. I asked him if he would be so kind to help explain our offers to our ten year old daughter and help involve her in the selling home process and help her cope the move with more joy as she is apart of it (at least she thought so). But nonetheless, Robert was thrilled to visit with our daughter and walk her through the offers and answer any questions with her. This was very well received by our daughter and was extremely helpful and touching to have an agent who really cares about everyone involved in the process. It was very clear his heart and actions are always in our best interest at all times. I wish I can give so much more to Robert and the Jonville Team other than these very kind words.

Sincerely,
-Dale Brewer

We could not have had a better experience!

Nicolas, Jena & the Jonville Team were truly professional and outstanding in every way possible. We were in the process of buying a house out of state and needed to sell our house in San Marcos quickly and at a certain price. With Nico & Jena leading the Team, they quickly got pictures, videos, listings, brochures, signs, etc. completed. The house was quickly shown and multiple offers came in within a few days. The house went into escrow and closed 45 days from when we made the listing with them. It was like clockwork in stepping through the process. Their marketing abilities are best in class! The house sold for the highest $ per sq. ft. ever in the Lake San Marcos Varadero development and also at the highest sale value ever for that plan model. We are thrilled with our experience with the Jonville team. We could not have had a better experience!

A highly skilled and detail-oriented professional

We recently completed a complex, overseas investment property purchase with Pascale Hayem as our local representative. We could not have chosen a better agent! Her follow through, patience and knowledge enabled us to complete the transaction quickly despite difficulty with currency transactions from overseas. We would highly recommend Pascale for any kind of transaction, she’s a pro.

Brooke is a dedicated pro with absolute integrity….and now a trusted friend!

We cannot praise the Jonville Team enough for the outstanding work they did in selling our townhouse in Westridge. The first day we met with Brooke Murdock and Jena Joinville, we knew we had come to the right place. The ideas, advice, creativeness, and professionalism of Brooke, our broker and hands-on partner, was amazing. She knew what updating we could do before listing, in a way to attract buyers quickly. It worked. We sold in less than a week, for more than the listing price. Brooke is a dedicated pro with absolute integrity….and now a trusted friend. We’ve sold 7 homes over the years, and this was the best experience and most professional we’ve ever had!!!
