Great sale in a challenging real estate marketplace!

As we were approaching my retirement, we finally made the hard decision to sell our home in San Marcos and relocate back to my hometown in Tennessee. The choice for a broker was easy…the Jonville Team. Their presence in the community, the marketing and track record speak for itself. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received and the final selling price we received for our home. All of this in a very challenging marketplace. I originally contacted a real estate referral service to find the best agency to sell my home. I received a call within minutes from Nicolas Jonville, the actual BROKER from the Jonville Group (which helps to explain why the firm is one of the most successful in Southern California.) We set an appointment for him to come by. Meanwhile I began contacting three other agencies for appointments, so I could choose the best one of the four. Nicolas, known as Nico to those who know him, came by my home the next day. We had a very delightful social conversation about his background and mine; and then we got down to business. Nicolas explained his company’s strategies, tactics, and values. He further went into great detail as to why his marketing systems and programs would achieve the highest value and quickest sell of my home. I was hooked. And decided to hire him on the spot and forego the other interviews, but on the condition that he would be personally involved in selling my home, which he promised to do. To make a long story short, he generated five offers within nine days with three being over asking price. We chose who we considered the best buyer candidate. And the deal closed escrow including the net sales proceeds in my bank within 14 days of that. (The buyer’s agent actually told me that was a record for his firm.) NOW THAT’S RESULTS!!! So if you are serious, really serious about selling your home I highly recommend the Jonville Team in general, and Nicolas Jonville in particular. I could not imagine anyone else doing a better job. P.S. Nico was also very respectful and amazingly fun to work with. And everyone that he relies on to take a sale from start-to-finish has worked with him for a long time, are very competent, and have great respect and appreciation for him too.

I cant say enough good things about the Jonville team. My wife and I were expecting a baby in July and weren’t planning on buying a house until the end of October or later. We walked into the Jonville office located in San Elijo this summer and it was so incredibly welcoming. We met with Todd who took his time explaining what goes into buying a house, the areas we should look into and was just so incredibly easy to talk too. After a month of looking at houses my wife and I found a house we loved. Todd was vacationing when we sent him an email saying we wanted to buy a house and although he was with his family he made us feel as if we were the only people he was working with.
