Appreciation for Paige!

I can highly recommend Paige Marvil for your realtor. She is kind, patient, professional and diligent. She knows the industry well and brought in multiple offers above asking price with her strategy. She walked us through the entire process step by step and made our home selling experience seamless. When there was a roadblock, Paige jumped right in and handled it. Only 29 days from listing to closing – amazing! If we ever have the need to buy or sell another home, we will definitely use Paige every time!

She was warm and friendly as well as extremely competent

We recently sold our San Elijo Hills condominium through the Jonville Team, upon the recommendations of several friends and neighbors. We could not have been more pleased with both Nicolas and Jena Jonville. From listing to settlement, they were always knowledgeable, responsive, professional and courteous to us. They constantly made us feel as if we were a priority. Any questions we had were thoroughly and expeditiously answered. A special thanks to Jena, who was our agent throughout the process. She was warm and friendly as well as extremely competent. We are so fortunate to still have her in our lives since she is also assisting us in our house purchase!

She worked 24/7 and made sure everything was done on time

If we had 10 stars, we would have given it to the Jonville Team. Having worked with them since 2010, they came through with shining colors. The whole process was pretty straight forward since we knew Paige Marvil. She worked 24/7 and made sure everything was done on time. We will use the team again and would recommend JonVille and Paige to anyone.

So grateful to have been referred to this team

We were referred to the Jonville Team via another Keller Williams agent from my own office and are so grateful that we were connected with them. Nico took the time to have a long conversation at the very beginning of our search to get to know us, what we were looking for, as well as help us understand the San Diego area a bit better. He then matched us with Pascale who was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our home buying process. We are not yet in CA and so Pascale was amazing and went to showings and open houses on our behalf. She put us on Facetime to see everything. Once we put an offer on a home she was on on top of everything and ensured that while it may not have been the smoothest transaction, she certainly made it feel like it was for us! She has been so helpful, even after we have closed. We were so appreciative that when it came down to some difficulty with the other side even Nico stepped in to help. Their Transaction Coordinator, Cassandra, was also amazing and was so on top of all of our dates and moving everything along in a timely fashion. We are so grateful to have been referred to this team and highly recommend them!

I trust Brooke!

Brooke Murdock of The Jonville Team is a great listener. She was someone who understood what I was looking for in a very short amount of time. She was able to interpret what was important to me and we set plans accordingly. She was also a great sounding board and provided useful solutions—especially when it came to locations and the market condition. Brooke is good in person and she was also very responsive to my questions via text and phone as well (there were many). Brooke is very professional. I had a tight closing period with the builder/seller and my loan company (I used Brooke’s recommendation). She was in constant communication with all parties making sure things were getting done. She was able to be tough or nice behind the scenes to get things done correctly and I appreciated that. I enjoyed working with Brooke. I trust Brooke. I would recommend Brooke Murdock and The Jonville Team.

Best Realtor we’ve ever worked with!

Brooke is hands down the best realtor we’ve ever worked with, and we have worked with some pretty good ones over the past 30 years. She’s professional, yet fun. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge in the North San Diego County real estate market. Her knowledge is vast, and she knows how to articulate to her clients in an easy-to-understand way. She made us feel like we were her only client – no distractions, and was willing to set up appointments for any time we needed, providing the homes were open for viewing. She always meet us at each home with a smile. Given the volatile housing market in our search, we found a place that met our requirements. A home buyer in San Diego would truly be missing out on a beautiful home search experience if they’re not utilizing Brooke’s skills and resources. To top it all, not only did we get a new place to call home, we also made a very good friend.

Thanks to Brooke we are now able to purchase our dream home!

We worked with Brooke for the sell of our home in San Marcos. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were nervous about the process as novice but Brooke was there to help guide us through. The marketing and preparation for the sell of our home was great. In fact, we received our first offer just a few days after going live and was super excited. As novice, we were ready to take the first offer but deferring to Brooke’s expertise was the best decision we could have made. Her expertise was able to get us an all cash offer above asking with a rent back option just a day later. This was the best of both worlds for our situation. Thanks to Brooke and the Jonville Team we are now able to purchase our Dream home. Thanks for your expertise and hard work.
