No one in the area compares

Paige Marvil is the absolute best! We never went to market due to the expertise and connections at Jonville. We were able to sell our home in San Elijo Hills at top of the market prior to ever going live. You can be confident that you will always be a priority and the purchase or sale of your home will be stress free. Paige will go above and beyond! No one in the area compares and I can not say enough about the process and how she handles it from beginning to end. I 100% would use Paige and the team at Jonville again and again.

Todd truly heard our top 5 priorities

Todd Stearman and the Jonville team sold our house and found our dream home in San Elijo Hills! Living in the community for the past 12 years, we knew exactly what we wanted for our next house, and Todd truly heard our top 5 priorities, and “steared” us in the right direction. We were impressed with how well he knew SEH, so it was easy to put our trust in his hands throughout the entire process and search for that perfect house. He coordinated everything and everyone involved, and worked tirelessly to ensure that the entire process on both the selling of our home and the purchasing of our new home ran smoothly. We couldn’t believe that after only 3 months, we sold contingent and concurrent, and found our dream home in San Elijo Hills! Thank you, Todd, for all of your efforts …we LOVE our new home!! She will be the only person we use for as long as she is able to be our realtor

We could not be happier with our decision to work with Paige. My wife and I pursued an opportunity to move across the country during the absolute height of the housing market boom in the spring of 2021. Her experience and professionalism is, very literally, what won us the house we now live in. The supporting documents she knew would help bring confidence to the seller were key and, as noted by the selling agent, made the difference in our offer. Furthermore, we were unable to be present to see the house at any time during the buying process. Paige was able to give us the confidence to buy fully remote without ever stepping foot in our home. She was more than willing to go the extra mile, even working late while out of town when time was of the utmost importance. She is fun-loving but professional and brings a calm and level headed presence to the home buying and selling experience. She will be the only person we use for as long as she is able to be our realtor.

She is the best!

Jena was exceptional in helping us find and buy our new home. In this day and age where service seems to be less than desired, she was truly impressive! Always responsive, always keeping communications in check, extremely competent, and a joy to work with. Her contacts for addressing and handling necessary issues for maintence, plumbing, were also fantastic. She is the best!

Nicolas Jonville and his team have won us over!

We have worked with a lot of realtors over the years and have had mixed experiences, but Nicolas Jonville and his team have won us over! From the start, they listened to our needs, gave us feedback and updates all along the way, and in the end delivered exactly what we were asking for! Amazing customer oriented team and experts at what they do!

Todd is truly exceptional and impressive

Todd Stearman proved to be one of the best real estate agents to navigate through this super competitive buying space. We believe that choosing Todd with our home search is by far the best decision of our lifetime. We are extremely happy with his knowledge of the neighbourhood, his awesome communication and negotiation skills that helped us close on our dream home in this extraordinary market. All the way from making offers, negotiating the deals, closing process and post closure support from Todd is truly exceptional and impressive. If your target area is San Marcos, look no further but for Todd and team to achieve your goals. A HUGE thanks to Todd and team !

Todd’s diligence and patience was really helpful

Todd Stearman was our agent, he did an excellent job. Throughout the process he offered sound advises. We purchased the property in San Diego, a place we weren’t familiar with. Todd’s diligence and patience was really helpful. It was a pleasure working with him.

Todd Stearman was a great agent to work with

Todd Stearman was a great agent to work with. He knew the right price point to sell and buy in this fluid market. Excellent negotiator who kept the process moving forward and bridged relationships with other agents.

Her efforts, care and responsiveness even surpassed that of our last experience.

We’ve now used Jena Jonville twice and somehow her efforts, care and responsiveness even surpassed that of our last experience. She has sold two homes for us now, both in record time and both for more than I hoped was possible. She spent hours looking at new homes with us, looking all over, taking us back for second looks- and when our search took us out of the area she found us a new realtor without so much as blinking an eye or grumbling about her wasted time. Beyond her expertise, the Jonvilles care. They understand how emotional it can be and really support you. Nicolas checked in with us during recent evacuations to ensure we had a place to stay- what realtor does that?? Further when work was required he called and met with every contractor until he found us the best deal. He’d even check in daily on the work progress. They truly make the process as easy as possible. This really doesn’t cover a quarter of the efforts and care put forth during our sale. These are busy professionals but you’ll think that you are their only client , 5 star treatment. Thank you!
