Our Jonville Team agent was Todd Stearman. He was pro-active in keeping us in the loop of what was happening with all aspects of the home purchase, and quickly responded to any questions we had along the way. He advised on which properties we were interested in would make the best investment, and once we decided on the place we wanted to buy, he encouraged us to make an offer quickly because he didn’t think the property would remain on the market very long. A situation arose with the seller. Todd consulted with the Jonville Team to come up with the best strategy to mitigate the issue. In addition to assisting us on the buying end of the deal, he proved to be a huge asset on the selling of our house in another state. We trusted the advice we received from him more than we trusted our agent in our former state. He also coordinated the estimates for work we wanted done on the home before we moved in. We felt like actors in a perfectly written and directed play

We felt like actors in a perfectly written and directed play. It was as if a roadshow production of “The Music Man” came to our town and asked us to star in the leading roles. Nicolas Jonville, noted playwright, producer and director selected us and our home as the setting for his long running productions of “Selling Your Home.” We were experienced actors and had a wonderful set for the play. With the expert help of Nicolas and his staff and subcontractors, the staging was completed and the rehearsals were held. Opening night was an unexpected rush as our audience gushed at the entire performance. An offer on the 2nd day and into escrow on the 4th day and the critics raved about all parts of the performance. As the reviews came in, we looked back on perfect coaching of perfect lines of dialogue on the stage which we had lived on for 12 years. We felt privileged to be a part of this production. Nicolas did a fantastic job in selling our house

We had our house on the market for over a year and almost no movement. After the Summer season, we switched to Jonville Team to see if Nicolas could sell our house. Nicolas came over, assessed the house, made a number of recommendations, and provided us with numerous contractors. We upgraded the downstairs flooring to all wood, had the cabinets touched up (like new!), and installed Travertine in the Master Bath. We put the house back on the market right after the First of the Year and the house sold within 5 days. Nicolas did a fantastic job in selling our house. Our family had the wonderful opportunity to see Brooke in her element for the purchase and sale of our home! words cannot describe in depth as to how amazing Brooke and her team operate, especially in a market where inventory is non-existent and competition is FIERCE! On our purchase, we searched for months (9 in total).
