Paige Marvil did an amazing job! Paige helped our family with 3 separate transactions. She helped us sell 2 properties and she helped us buy our dream home. Paige was always readily available during all 3 transactions. She was extremely organized, professional and knowledgeable. These adjectives only begin to describe Paige. Paige brought up ideas and had a knowledge of the industry that our previous realtor never brought to the table. We got top dollar (way more than we initially expected) and both of our properties went into escrow with multiple offers within the 1st few days of going on the market. Nicolas was very thorough and professional

I was renting the house that I ended up purchasing from the seller. He suggested using the jonville team for ease of transaction, paper work, etc…I am overall really thankful, as Nicolas was very thorough and professional in the entire process, as there is a lot of work involved, but it helps to use experienced realtors who have done it successfully multiple times and it really showed. Given my situation, being the renter and already living in the house and renting it up until close, with the ease of the entire transaction, approaching the seller and working out to buy initially, I felt we could have tried to be a little more aggressive with the negotiation and getting a better price. I am not complaining as compared to market price and supply on the market I got a fair price and am very happy and grateful. It was through Nicolas referral that I ended up using their preferred lender which proved make the whole transaction possible. Thank you and highly recommend!

My wife and I chose the Jonville Team to sell our beloved home of almost 15 years even though I have been a real estate broker in San Diego for nearly 30 years, and almost 50 overall, because I believed the old adage that a doctor or lawyer who treats himself has a fool for a client. We’ve known Nico, Jena, and Anne for years and were competitors for a long time. Our house is in the upper end of the semi-custom market, where things are softening after years of aggressive gains.
