Pascale has also been professional and worked closely with our mortgage lender which saved us time and allowed us to concentrate on other activities. It was a pleasure to work so closely with Todd during the 8 years we owned our home in Northern San Diego County. We were first time buyers, and he was really invested in making sure we found a house we loved and answered any home-ownership questions we had. His no-pressure approach and great listening skills were exactly what we were looking for in an agent. We then moved out of state and decided to rent out our home, and Todd helped us find and screen tenants over a 7 year span.
