We had to make the difficult decision to move our family cross country. In order to secure a home out of state, we needed to sell our home in California in a quick and efficient manner. Brooke and the Jonville Team were the reason we were able to accomplish this. Key to the efficiency was the work that Brooke put into the preparation of our home to take pictures, have an open house, and to sell. She went above and beyond with her time to make sure these key steps in the home selling process were done correctly, and that is why our home sale was such a success. Brooke is a very intelligent, hard working, class act. She understood how monumental this move was for our family, especially our children, and despite the bumps that occur with selling a home, she made sure we would be ok.
