Testimonials

I cannot say enough good things about the Jonville Team, this review is long overdue. I have worked with the Jonville’s for well over a decade and six transactions in the San Diego region. In my experience, Nicolas consistently pays a great deal of attention to the fine details, whilst being an expert negotiator AND Jena has an expert eye and the patience to outfit you with a perfect property. Both are knowledgable about current market conditons. I had recently made the terrible mistake of succumbing to pressure and attempting to do a real estate transaction through a “buddy” instead of my “go-to” team (the Jonville’s). Well… I learned a valuable lesson the hard way. I ended up coming back to the Jonville’s who quickly remmedied my property situation and aggresively marketed my rental condo- netting two offers in a lightening fast timeframe! In all of my real estate experience from here to Orange County, no one runs a tighter ship. The entire Jonville staff and their business contacts are extremely professional, attentive and efficient. I intend to stick with the Jonvilles for the long term and recommend them 100%, you cant go wrong!!

Rob is the BEST!!!

My wife and I were looking for our first home and walked into one of Rob’s listed properties with the Jonville Team. We didn’t have our own agent representing us and really didn’t know where to start in the home buying process. Rob showed us the home, which we fell in love with. When we asked what he recommended, he was extremely helpful in walking us through the process and helped us get aligned with the seller’s goals so we could have a seamless transaction. We just closed on our dream home and couldn’t be any happier. Rob was an absolute pleasure to work with. His knowledge in the real estate business is second to none and he has countless contacts with financing, construction, gardening services…you name it. He is as good as it gets and so is the rest of the Jonville Team. If Rob was unavailable, there was another representative there to help answer any questions we had. Truly the best!

Robert Braniff Robert Braniff is truly AMAZING and deserves more than 5 stars!!

Robert started working with us before we really knew what we were looking for in a new home. He took the time to listen and learn what we liked and helped us develop a vision of what we were looking for. He helped us with the search process for our new home. When we thought we found the home we were looking for, we needed to sell our existing home quickly in order to complete the new home transaction. Rob and Team Jonville did a fantastic job of listing and marketing our existing home. As a result, our listing went live on a Friday and we had two showings that same day. There was open house on Saturday and Sunday resulting in 6 full price offers on Monday. Rob represented both the buyer and seller in our transaction and everything went flawlessly! Amazing! After we sold our home, our plans were turned upside down when the seller of the home we were considering became difficult to work with and we walked away. This did not detour Rob. He immediately went to work and found us a new construction home that had fallen out of escrow. The new home was absolutely perfect and we will close escrow on it next week.

I can’t rave enough about Robert and his team! Rob was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very professional and really knows his business. He is a great communicator, is always available and knows how to get things done. Rob also has a great stable of contacts he can recommend for anything needed outside his real estate expertise.

Thanks Rob… you’re the best!

Never once did Nicolas Jonville waiver

I’d give them 10 stars if I could! It took us 7 months to find our dream home, but never once did Nicolas Jonville waiver and while I was discouraged, he kept my spirits up. And, when we found our dream home, our house sold and then our rental property sold. It was a crazy 30 days, but we were expertly guided by the team at Jonville!

Brooke is the best!

As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns all along the process! Brooke always answered my questions promptly and went beyond to help me understand everything! I felt an instant connection and sense of security the day I met her. On top of all that she always worked around our extremely busy schedule. Even my 7 year old got attached to her, and being used to hearing her name around our house he asked if we would ever see Mrs. Brooke again! Couldn’t have asked for a better agent to represent our family!

Jena just made me feel like nothing was going to fall through the cracks.

Jena and Nico were fantastic to work with. They clearly knew the San Elijo-Old Creek Ranch neighborhood of San Marcos, valued our home expertly and sold it at full price before it even listed! Their pre-market strategy really worked. BTW, our home was the highest selling priced home in the neighborhood 🙂 During the escrow period, we had to start our job at another state and Jena just made me feel like nothing was going to fall through the cracks. She responded immediately to texts, calls, and emails. Jena and Nico’s sense of humor was also great which made working with them even more enjoyable! I’d work with them again for sure!

Paige is incredible! Her knowledge, experience and professionalism is outstanding! Sold our home in one day and found our dream home!!

Paige Marvil of the Jonville Team is absolutely incredible! Look no further, she is everything you can ever ask for. Her knowledge and capabilities transformed our hopes into realty and exceeded all expectations. When first meeting Paige, she listened to all of our needs, hopes and goals. She was prepared with strategies, resources and tools that allowed us to quickly place our home on the market, which sold in one day of being on the market at full price!! Escrow was extremely easy and Paige has a fantastic network of individuals for specific needs that allowed us not to worry or stress. When looking for our new home, Paige was always on top of any call or message and was extremely proactive in communicating any updates that I truly had all faith and trust in her, myself and my husband never worried! Paige also has a positive and efficient outlook that eliminates any craziness of the home purchasing process. Paige was always there for us when any new home became available. When our dream home came on the market my husband and I had to travel out of town, Paige was already 100% on top of it, contacted the other agent and toured the property for us and face-timed us every single detail. We felt like we were there, we felt safe and we felt in control. It is no easy task knowing a home you have been dreaming of is within reach, however you are out of town and can’t see right away. With Paige’s guidance we were able to place an effective and solid offer and our offer was accepted immediately!! Escrow was a breeze and we feel so blessed to have had such an wonderful experience and we are so thankful for Paige!! We would not be in our dream home without Paige! She is the best, she has the best team and if you want your home sold and the ease of purchasing your next, having Paige on your side is the key!
